This recipe it's been tried and tested. Thankfully they came out perfect on my first try. Be the first to leave a review once you've try them yourself and share your discoveries.
The best cookie I've made in years. Nu fuss - No mess ... Love IT!
On my first bite, my mouth water like a little kid that's been waiting to take a bite of his favorite candy. I came out with this recipe because, I was looking for a way to add to my diet, or have a snack without putting on the pounds or guilt since I love staying in shape and also because I honestly hate baking ... I wanted something fast and easy to make and "voila" made it. What inspired me also to make this recipe is the ingredients. I have been in a journey where I don't only exercise but I also have made tremendous changes into raw food, It's changed my tummy and helped keep up a happy gut and my waist. I hope you also love it as much as I do and please limit yourself to 3 a day. Don't want to go defeating the purpose of staying fit!

Then & Now | A Reflection From KA-RIANA
When I originally created and shared this recipe six years ago, I wrote something that makes me smile today:
“They melt in your mouth and in your soul.”
At the time, I was simply sharing something I had created and enjoyed. Yet revisiting those words today, I recognize something deeper. Even then, I was connecting nourishment with the soul. What a beautiful reminder that our evolution doesn't always begin with a dramatic moment of realization. Sometimes it begins quietly, through the things we create, the words we choose, and the pieces of ourselves we leave along the way.
Today, as I continue my journey through KA-RIANA, I see those earlier expressions as part of a much larger story. I am not erasing the woman I was. I am honoring her, learning from her, and carrying her forward.
Because evolution isn't about becoming someone entirely different. Sometimes it's about recognizing who you've been becoming all along.
With love, KA-RIANA 💜ok
